It's possible that the PC version received a combined patch, so until it's confirmed otherwise, February 6th is being listed as the release date for 1.08/1.09 and 1.10 on PC. It's unclear whether the latest patch for the PC version is 1.10, 1.09, or 1.08, given the timing of its release and the lack of a PC-specific announcement and patch notes.
